How to use & dosage

1 kg seasoning for 50 kg chicken: mix with 5 L water + a thinly sliced lemon; marinate 24 hours, turning 3–4 times.
25 kg chicken: 3–3.5 L water + 650–700 g seasoning + a small sliced lemon.
10 kg chicken: 1.5 L water + 300–350 g seasoning + a small sliced lemon.
